 1.  Get at least half an hour of exercise, around five times a week.

 2.   Eating a higher amount of fresh fruits and vegetables in the day.

 3.   Avoid junk foods as far as possible, as it only contains calories, without any nutrition.

 4.   Keep the body well hydrated by drinking at least 8 glasses of water each day.

 5.    Eat at least 5 small meals a day, without skipping any meal, especially breakfast, which is the most important meal of the day.

 6.    Cycling and fast walking can be great aerobic exercises, and teenage girls should be getting at least 60 minutes of aerobic exercise a day.

 7.    Relieve stress. Being a teenage girl is full of pressure. Fitness can be an excellent way to release tension in your mind and body. 

 8.    Avoid artificial processed foods and sweeteners as they could make you crave for more sweets.

 9.    Carbohydrates or carbs should not be avoided. They are necessary for your brain. Carbs are the exclusive fuel for your brain. 

 10.  Never reuse plate and other thing it may cause of illness.
