Step 1  Drink a glass of water upon waking when you wake up .

Step  2  After bathing Eat break fast. Break fast should be fresh and good quality.

Step  3   Eat a high -protein lunch which increases afternoon alertness and is better for satisfying hunger.

Step  4   Eat a handful of dried fruit  in the noon.

Step  5  In the Evening  Drink a cup of tea.

Step  6  Eat a sugary food such as sorbet prior to your evening meal if you are watching your weight at night .

Step  7  Dinner at 9:00 PM.
